Common Ground @ EBC has been part of the Eagleville community for generations. Our story began in 1839 as Harpeth Church, and in 1878 the church became Eagleville Baptist Church.

Through changing seasons, one thing has remained the same: the gospel of Jesus Christ is our hope and our reason for being here.

Today, as Common Ground @ EBC, we honor the faithfulness of those who came before us while looking toward the people God has placed around us now. We want to be a church where longtime believers, new believers, and those simply searching for answers can find a place to belong, encounter Jesus, and take their next step of faith.

Our name may reflect a new season, but our mission is rooted in the same good news that has carried this church for generations.

Walking with you from where you are to life in Jesus.
